This is our Mermaid’s Choice chocolate bar without the chocolate. Your very own jar of burnt caramel sauce, with fleur de sel and a hint of rosemary, to spread on pancakes, french toast, ice cream, fresh fruit, or whatever else you conjure up. Once open, it will last two months in the fridge. If you have any left after two months, call us and we’ll come and conduct a forensic audit on your kitchen and try and get to the bottom of the mystery for you.
